Some Mo-tivation! Yanks beat Royals 6-2 after Mo reveals he’s back in ’13

A day after the Yankees suffered a devastating loss with losing Mariano Rivera for the year, Mo revealed that he will come back in 2013. That apparently motivated the Yankees as the Yanks were able to defeat the Royals 6-2 behind CC Sabathia

MO SHALL RETURN: Mariano Rivera revealed that he was not going to end his career with an injury, which meant Mo will be back in 2013. Mo will have  to rehab his leg after he gets surgery but Yankees fans have no doubt that Mo will return better than ever.

CC ‘ACES’ HIS TEST: CC Sabathia pitched absolutely wonderful, which let the Yankees rest their bullpen. CC’s final line was 8 innings,2 runs, 7 hits and 5 strikeouts. Just another good day for the Yankees starting rotation.

MT25 SET TO HR: Mark Teixeira in his career had 9 HR’s off of Bruce Chen, and that didn’t stop him from hitting another HR. Teixeira during the game was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI’s. Let’s hope that today’s game is what gets Mark Teixeira going.

ROBERTSON MAKES CLOSER DEBUT: David Robertson made his debut as the closer in tonight’s game (although it wasn’t a save situation). He had a scoreless inning while striking out the side.

WHAT’S NEXT: Hiroki Kuroda will take the mound tomorrow for the Yankees as they attempt to take the series lead for the Yankees.
