Morning Bits: A-Rod, Tex, Girardi, Last place

Good morning all.  Another night and another Yankee loss.   This team just looks so flat.   Ugh. Hopefully today things will change.

Let’s get right to the links…

The Boston Globe reports that the Yankees are now in the AL East cellar.

— MLB.com writer Mike Bauman writes that the Yankees need A-Rod and Tex to produce soon.   That’s stating the very obvious.

Tim Smith of The Daily News says that Girardi is running out of options.

Paul White of The USA Today writes that the numbers big and small say that the Yankee are in trouble.

Empire State Yankees won last night over Columbus.

Wallace Matthews of ESPN NY asks if A-R0d is next to be moved in the batting order.

— Here is the Recap of last nights game: It’s not pretty.
